and pastels by Michigan artist Peggy Lynn Smith. With a wonderful
eye for detail, Peggy's talent for the medium allows her to create in
two dimensions the still life portraits that display fullness, depth,
texture, and accuracy. She understands how light plays on her
subjects. The viewer feels able to reach out and
pluck the strawberry from the glass, straighten the cloth, and smell
